The ruling regarding the distribution of Al-Maqrût during the morning of the day after the wedding night

Question:

Al-Maqrût(1) are cookies distributed on the morning of the day after the woman’s wedding, if it is proved after the wedding night that she (the bride) was virgin. Otherwise, this type of cookies wouldn’t be ditributed. What is the ruling concerning that? May Allah reward you.

Answer:

All praise is due to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds. Peace and blessing be upon whom Allah sent as a mercy to the Worlds, upon his Family, his Companions and his Brothers until the Day of Resurrection:

If it is associated with such belief, it is not permissible. Whereas, if it is void of that belief, it is known that cookies complete the happiness, so it is, according to this consideration, a habit through which happiness is expressed; therefore, there is nothing wrong with it.

The perfect knowledge belongs to Allah عزَّ وجلَّ; and our last prayer is all the praises and thanks are to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds, and prayers of Allah are to Muhammad and his Family, Companions and Brothers until the Day of Resurrection.
